That's all there is to it! A quick and efficient process that is transparent all the way through. We even stand by our work, offering a two year limited warranty on all new installations and a 90-day limited warranty on any repair work.

How Much Are Your Rates?

'Contractor' pricing can be frustrating and lack detail. With RedTail you know exactly what you're going to be paying, every time. We offer two different rates for you to choose from.

Time & Materials: Typically for smaller repairs, maintenance projects, or those long to-do lists with many different tasks. Our rate is a flat $120 per hour with a one hour minimum, however any material costs would be in addition to this rate.

Flat Rate: Do you have a larger project you've been meaning to tackle? Or maybe a straight-forward repair, replacement, or installation task? Then our flat rate may suit your project needs well. Flat rate estimates are typically given in a pricing range and account for the best and worst case scenarios of each project. No matter what arises along the way, you can rest assured that our team will always be transparent and honest with you throughout the process.
